Michel Decotte - Champagne Brut Classic

The golden yellow color of this Cuvée  is enlivened by fairly fine bubbles that finish their course at the surface in a lovely bead of foam - light but full. The overall impression is luminous and distinguished.

The first nose, very present, offers classic aromas of pears, almonds, yellow flowers and biscuits. With aeration, the character deepens.

The finish is quite long (5 to 6 seconds of persistence) and develops aromas of biscuits and white fruits.
