This delightful 'discovery pack' is a great way to understand the breadth and depth of Champagne from 1. 100% Chardonnay, to a  2. Blend (35%/65%) to a 3.100% Pinot Noir. 

Bought separately - this would cost £82.50 - so a great £7.50 saving on a wonderful Trio.

Start with:

1. Jaquinot & Fils: Blanc de Blanc for those Fresh, citrussy, 'palate cleansing' notes

Then move onto:

2. Jaquinot & Fils: Private Cuvee which has the above profile, but with notes of brioche and berries coming through

And finish off with: 

3. Jaquinot & Fils: Blanc de Noir for a well-rounded, full bodied finish with the 'palate closing' notes of fruits and lightly toasted brioche

Some Pairing suggestions (if you wanted a mini-degustation) would be the following:

1. B de B: Aperitif: Seafood or Oysters

2. Private Cuvee: Fish or Poultry
